Working in direct partnership with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and builders on commercial projects, we supply natural stone and other materials for office spaces, hospitality venues, retail spaces, schools, recreational resorts, and hotels.

Our expert staff can help you select the right natural stone material for your project requirements and ensure it meets the required standards.

Manhattan Limestone at 60 Martin Place

We were honoured to be a part of the project and contribute to the design of the distinct and architecturally unique addition to Sydney’s skyline, 60 Martin Place alongside Hassell, MPA, and Unispace

One best-selling Manhattan Limestone was installed for both floors and walls in the lobby spaces on levels 12, 17, 19, and 22. Its grey and white appearance with striking veining, reminiscent of Marble, added an elegant and contemporary look to the space.

Some of the tenants loved the stone so much that they decided to extend the tiling into their office space. See-through glass walls ensure a seamless transition and enlarge the optical size of the space.

ALBA Apartments Brisbane embrace Premium Porcelain Tiles

In collaboration with DVB Projects and Condev Constructions, Sareen Stone supplied porcelain and ceramic tiles for all the exterior, common, and bathroom areas of the project ALBA, the riverfront apartments in Brisbane’s sought-after suburb, Bulimba.

The vision of ALBA apartments was the construction of contemporary residences with sophisticated finishes while nodding to the design of a traditional Queenslander. The aim was to connect the stunning views of either the river or city skyline to the indoor space and integrate them into the daily life of the residents.

The porcelain tiles selected for the outdoor floors and the common areas had an organic look reminiscent of Marble, combining the white and calming light grey colours to create a relaxing luxurious atmosphere.

Joel from DVB Projects expands: “The selection of products supplied by Sareen Stone was flawless. Each individual piece brought a modern textural element to the beautiful interior palette of soft earthy tones.”

Concrete Lookalike Porcelain Tiles for Homewares Shop

We collaborated with RMB Projects and supplied our large-format concrete lookalike porcelain tiles for the modern homewares retail store in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs.

The street appeal of the store was important for the client and they wanted to evoke a Greek Islands vibe for the store.

To complete the look, RMB worked with Ryan McGrath Plastering to use Californian Stucco texture on a sand and cement render for a few of the feature walls. The custom joinery further enhanced the aesthetics of the shop.

Elevating Your Hotel Lobby with Terrazzo

While the history of Terrazzo can be traced back to 18th-century Venice, this premium traditional tile has enjoyed a renaissance in architectural projects across Australia.

Its eye-catching look can provide a premium final touch to your commercial space, a first-class feel to any hotel lobby and a luxurious finish to any bathroom.

This highly durable composite material with low porosity and minimal water staining is a popular choice for hotel receptions, spas, salons, or restaurants, and will last in high traffic areas.

Vein Cut Travertine for Ramsgate RSL Club

Ramsgate RSL had an upgrade and a facelift. They wanted to achieve a natural feel and neutral tone for the entry that didn’t take away too much from the rest of the finishes to the facade.

For the project, McCann Constructions selected large-format Coliseum Striato Vein Cut Travertine which was installed by Onyx Works

This beige and cream Travertine is a popular choice especially with its stunning vein cut that features visible banding and mineral deposits throughout, bringing visual interest to the design and making a sophisticated first impression with the space.

Travertine Laid Upside Down for City Law Firm

When selecting the stone for the refurbishment of Allens Law firm in the Sydney CBD, the architect felt that the lighter tones on the flipside of our Coliseum Striato Vein Cut Travertine were more suited to the design.

Kevin from KQ Projects laid the Travertine upside down and only used the grout for the joints, leaving the holes in Travertine unfilled. This resulted in a true one-of-a-kind look for the firm showcasing the natural variation of the stone.

Natural Stone Wall Cladding for Miss Moneypennies in Noosa

Miss Moneypenny’s is a bar and restaurant in one of Queensland’s dream destinations, Noosa. We’ve collaborated on the project with the OPES project and supplied our Nimbus Wall Cladding.

The design brief for the project was to create a high end, yet unassuming, relaxed and comfortable environment with organic materials and a warm classic coastal vibe.

Behind the bar, our textured cream Limestone – Natural Stone Wall Cladding creates a stunning feature wall. For the floor, a dark porcelain tile, Night Basalt Matt was selected to cream a seamless and sophisticated look.
