Bar La Salut, Redfern

Stone as the Foundation of Atmosphere

Some spaces use stone as a finishing touch. At Bar La Salut, it was the starting point.

Lamond Projects selected a crazy paving blend of Silver Ash, Classic and Noce Travertine to define the tone for this Spanish-style wine bar in Redfern, and the result is both grounded and atmospheric.

The irregular shapes and natural variation across three travertine tones create a depth and warmth that a uniform tile simply cannot replicate. Up close, each piece reveals its own character; across the space, they come together as one.

Artarmon Showroom Transformation, Sydney

Located in Artarmon on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, this showroom transformation reimagines the display of premium natural stone within a refined architectural setting. The project was designed to highlight the versatility of natural stone across paving, wall cladding and architectural finishes, creating an immersive environment where designers, architects and homeowners can experience the materials in a real-world context.

Through carefully curated stone surfaces and detailed installations, the showroom demonstrates how natural stone can shape contemporary landscaping and architectural design. Large-format stone paving, textured wall cladding and feature stone elements are presented together to showcase the depth, colour variation and craftsmanship inherent in high-quality natural stone.

The result is a thoughtfully designed space that functions both as a showroom and as a source of inspiration for residential and architectural projects throughout Sydney. Each surface and material installation reflects the enduring beauty, durability and design flexibility of natural stone.

Artarmon Showroom Transformation is a striking commercial project in Artarmon, Sydney, demonstrating how premium natural stone can redefine a contemporary showroom environment. The renovation incorporates high-quality stone materials to create a sophisticated space that highlights both architectural design and product presentation.

In just one month (March – April 2025), we transformed a concrete shell into Sareen Stone’s new Artarmon showroom at 43 Herbert Street – a space where natural stone truly comes to life.
